Who can place an order?

Students attending McGill's school of architecture have priority on the apparel. U1 students have priority on supply kits. However, supplies and apparel will be sold to the public during organized fundraisers such as "garage sales".

How do I place an order?

​

Click on the button "Order Forms" and follow the instructions. You will have to print this form and submit it to ASA Store Representatives (Aly Stein and Alexia Harvey, U2 Studio). You may also pick up a paper copy of the order form in the U2 Studio.

 

 

Payment 

 

The exact payment must be placed in an enveloppe labelled with the student's name, McGill ID and "ASA Supply Store". Payments can be in cash or by check. Checks must be made to the "Engineering Undergraduate Society" for the total amount of the purchase.

Returns & Refunds

 

Students must purchase a kit as a whole and cannot ask for the refund of particular items. Returns and Refund requests are only approved in particular cases. Please email the Supply Store or speak with the representatives directly to make a request.
